Hello Chandana, still cut offs for this year has not released so you can make predictions based on last year cut off. Cut off changes every year depending on Various factors, but it will be in the same range of marks as per last year. As per the last year cut off students with 500+ marks got seat in various government colleges. This year also some of the medical colleges offers seats to those students who get 500+ marks. Admission are also depending on categories , if you fall in some category rather than general then your chances will be increase.

To be very frank, without giving you false hopes, it is difficult to get government medical seat with your calculated marks, as the level of question paper was easy this year, it is expecting of getting high cut off this year. But the seat allotment depends on some factors like category, your state i.e. domicile you hold for. It is highly suggested to try with dental counselling. Just hope for the best.
