Dear Haseena,

         I strongly regret to say that you have the fewer chances of getting a free seat through this rank in the qualifying examination EAMCET 2019. And, don't worry it also depends on the category you come under and many other things come into picture. I don't think free seat is possible with this rank and eventhough if you get, it might be a low rated college.
