No, you cannot get free seat just by qualifying in TS EAMCET. If you belong to SC/ST category with parents annual income less than 2 lakhs you will be eligible to get free seat. If you belong to BC/EWS/PWD with annual income less than 1 lakhs you must secure a rank less than 10,000 rank in TS EAMCET in order to get free seat through TS EAMCET. To secure such rank you need to score minimum 110-120 marks.
