To get full fees reimbursement, your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum, as you belong to SC Category. You can get fees reimbursement if you are eligible and meets above mentioned criteria.

Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficult level of the exam, etc.
