With your rank you can get admission in CBIT but only in Chemical Engineering easily as the closing rank lies for BC D lies around 29,000-30,000 you may also get admission in Biotechnology because the closing rank lies around 20,000-24,000 if the cutoff increases for biotechnology then you can get it otherwise only Chemical Engineering.
