In 2019 a candidate belonging to BC-D category with 130146 rank secured seat in Sri Venkateshawara College of Pharmacy. Considering the cut off you have goo chances of getting seat in this college but it depends on the cut off in 2020. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
But you will not get free seat as you have score rank above 10,000. Only the candidates who secure rank below 10,000 will get free seat. They must get admission under convenor quota through counseling.
