can i get free seat in vasavi or cbit as i secured 6506 rank in ts eamcet and i belong to ebc?

You have to get under 5k rank for a seat in any course in vasavi.
But considering your gender,caste,local or non local status it varies.
If there are any seats left over ,there shall be a spot round. This is where higher ranks (above 5k) are likely to get a seat. But usually they are very less seats left so you can't count on it.
