As per your rank you have less chances to get free seat in AGBSC and Vertenary. As per previous year cutoff ranks below 10k will be a free seat for everyone but only if your annual income is below then it will be free seat but you are a non local candidate so AP government should give reimbursement. So please go through the rules of AP government and know that if get free or not.
