Yes, you will get full fee reimbursement if you are a non-local and want to study your engineering in Telanagana.Coming to the secong part of your questions, both CVR and BVRIT are good.In CVR the faculty is friendly and approaching, the ambience is good, you have facilities like library, laboratories etc.Most of the companies that visit for placements are software companies so it is helpful if you want to choose software job, it is a great choice for those who want to become software engineer.

BVRIT is also good in terms of faculty, they are very encouraging and they all are well experienced and very supportive, laboratories are well equipped, the facilities provided in this college are very good.And the placements are very high and good compared to CVR.Lot of students were placed through campus placements.To conclude BVRIT tops CVR.

No you cannot get full fee reimbursement in any institute in telangana not even NIts you can only get a total fee waver on the tution fee but rest all fees you have to pay which counts upto 20k to 40k as per the institutes . And BVRIT is better than CVr as it has better reputation than CVr as well as placement records is better as compared to the other with experienced faculty member .
