As you will not get full reimbursement from the government and you will not have any chances to get seat with reimbursement for that you should attempt for eamcet exam or all india entrance examinations so that you can get reimbursement from the government and being a sc category you are bit beneficial to you being this category you will have more chances to get in top colleges as being a sc category so better attempt for entrance examination and work hard to get good marks in entrance examination so that you may get seat in the good colleges or universities and getting seat for the course cse is not so easy and it will nit be based on income certificate so focus on it and ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
