Can i get gender diversity marks in iim calcutta,if I'm a male candidate? Let me know clearly,what is academic diversity in iim Calcutta? After phase 2 i.e.,after all WAT&Interview,they allotted 30marks for catscore.,That mean,in final selection,to get 30 points,how much %should i score?

I am sorry to inform you but the gender diversity concept is made to make the proportion of males and females equal. It only provides the females with extra points.

Hey friend!
15% Weightage will be awarded for Bachelor’s degree marks. Gender Diversity will be awarded 4 points in the IIM Calcutta shortlisting criteria for final admission round. This is only available only for Women candidates.
