You havenot mentioned your category. From All India Quota if you belong to general category then with a rank of 11915 it's difficult to get a seat. Last year from All India Quota for general category the cutoff was within 10k. But you can try as the cutoff do varies every year. If you belong to some other category like SC/ST then you have good chances of getting a seat. You can predict some other colleges based on your rank with the help of this link.
