Last year the cut off for SC category in Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida was a rank of 80063 through Uttar Pradesh State Counselling.
With 497 marks, you have a rank between 88751-89428. So based on previous year cut off rank and your rank, you have very little chances of getting a seat in this college.

GIMS Greater Noida is a semi-government college so the chances of filling seats at faster rate is higher. As per the NEET guidelines aspirants are required to obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2020 entrance examination in order to qualify for further admission process.

So, as per NEET 2020 result in order to get admission in GIMS through state quota one should have 640+ marks in General category, 635+ in OBC category, 500+ marks in SC & ST category.
