i am sorry to say getting the seat in GIT belgaum is having low chances though having the 1G category where as the last year cut off was 9k in computer science for the more info i would suggest in the below link

There are many colleges in belagum and u hav 1G, u have good chance for CSE in belgaum

Well according to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,depending upon level of difficulty of KCET that year , no of applicants to git,belgaum applying to cs before your rank etc etc keeping these factors in mind you might not have chances of getting cs at git belgaum as cut off rank for cs generally goes around 22k or went upto 22983 previous years but you have high chances of getting branches like civil mechanical and electrical(cut off ranks range between 32-36k) aslo you might , though very less have a chance at information science branch (cut off ranges between 24k-29k).
