Hi ,in order to apply for colleges other than ones in your state of which you have domicile you need to apply under all India quota and as per the marks you have mentioned your marks are too low to get you a seat in government medical college under all India quota. Talking about state quota of Rajasthan last year least marks to secure a seat was 580 marks for general category so if you belong to unreserved category your chances are low here too and Cutoff of all india counselling goes higher than state counselling. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
