Not, good college just like Government colleges IET Lucknow, BIET Jhansi, KNIT Sultanpur and at all. But you would get average college depends what you want to be pursue in the college at the rank of 300 marks. It would all depends on the availability of the number of seats of that particular course that you want to be purse in the AKTU/UPTU/UPSEE.
