Yes definitely you can get better colleges without kcet examination but if there is a policy that alk the colleges in karnataka state takes admisison based on the marks scored in KCET examination for a particular course then surely you will not get admision there.

You can get amdidioks  from management quota or by donation.

Also, you can get admisisin in different state colleges if you want to study from another state then there is no role for KCET examination there.
