As you have not mentioned your category I am assuming you as a general category student . For getting Government medical college's for BAMs 450+ marks is considered safe for general category student . But as you have mentioned you have secured 351 marks it looks hard but there are chances cause most students go for BDS and BHMS after scoring such marks . But if you are from OBC or any other reserved category then you can get a college as there are good chances. Or you can apply for private colleges.
