It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 312597 - 382747 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

So according to year 2019 the cut off for state quota were as follows ( st category)
1. Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar - 309 marks
2. Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences - 302 marks

4. Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore- 394 marks

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

  • number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

  • kind of marks obtained by students  in neet ,

  • toughness level of the neet examination,

  • number of seats available etc.

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>>> with 322 marks

you may have some chance to get mbbs seat in Government College

For example,

in neet  2019, 289 marks for st category got mbbs seat in  government  college   under MP state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Datia
