Can i get goverment college through icar ug ? I get 261 marks out of 600 and i belong to obc nc . Is their any defence quota in icar ??

But, based on the details you provided, I find it very difficult for you getting admission into any government college through icar ug.
I would highly recommend you to reappear for the same next year to take admission into government colleges.
