Yes you can get but what will you do after BDS, No Job in BDS even after doing government college. To set your own clinic you need 30 lac of investment for equipment. By joining govt. BDS college you can save your parents 10 lac. But question is there did you save and secured your future after BDS as you have entered most unemployed sector in Medical field. But if have huge interest in studying BDS then you can proceed.

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam but  you will surely get a seat in government BDS college under 15% all India quota seat if you score this much of marks.i hope this information helps you.
