Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. You didn't mentioned your category. If you get 100 marks in JEE Main then your percentile and rank would be around 92.57 - 95.03 and 50843 - 85445 . There is a minimum chance to get admission to national government colleges. But there is a chance to get admission to state government colleges.
