can i get government medical college in bihar with 550 marks in 2021? I'm from EBC category?

According to your question and prediction based on the previous year marks vs rank you would probably get a 96+ percentile which means your AIR Neet rank will vary between 45-55k and State UR rank will vary between 2.9-3.5k and consequently your state EBC rank will be much lower .
