Yes , ofcourse you can get government Medical College in Tamil Nadu. If you have given NEET and expecting good marks then obviously you will get a government college. If you are a resident of the state then you are also eligible for 85% quota also.
But if not , you can also apply through All India Quota.
There are approx 26 government Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu. So chances are more but you need to have good marks.
There is also ESIC medical college in Tamil Nadu , so you can also take advantage of ESIC quota if you are a ward of ESIC personnel.
According to last year cut-offs , All India Quota cutoff is much less than the State Quota cut-offs.So I would suggest you to apply through All India Quota. You can check the cutoffs of last year with the help of following website.
