Hello, 532 in NEET is a good score but the chances of admission in any Government college imare slim as the cut off for general category students is 600 and above. There are two ways of getting admission into a government college that is through All India Quota and state wise quota. 15% seats in a state are reserved for admissions through All India Quota where 85% seats are reserved for the state wise admission.

But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
