Hey,

You have secured a decent score in NEET 2019. Previous year under all India quota, the cut off for unreserved category was 547 marks admitted in Government Medical College, Banda, for SC category the lowest marks admitted was 439 in Government Medical College, Jalaun. And for ST category the lowest marks admitted was 407 in Shaikh-ul-Hind Maulana Mahmood Hasan Medical College, Saharanpur.

As you have not mentioned your category, considering it to be UR category, you have negligible chances of getting admission in a government medical College in UP. You may get a seat in a government dental college.
