Sorry to say but you will not able to get admission in govt college.howevr cutoff marks change every year. You will have to follow the counselling very closely. Central as well state counselling both are important. And many students initially opt for private colleges but later on drop the idea as the fee structure of most of the colleges in India is very high. So, keep a close eye on the counselling is my advice to you.
