Sorry but your marks are too low for getting a government college for mbbs in Karnataka in your category as the cutoffs are generally higher and you have to score a total of 480+ marks in your category to be on the safe side .
You can try next year or try for other courses like BAMS , BHMS , BDS , etc there are chances that you might get a seat there .
