I hope you are doing well and good.
As you mentioned un your question that you belongs to SC category and you're expecting 380 marks in NEET examination..
If you asking for all India Quota then sorry to say but you have no chances of getting admission in Government medical College for MBBS.
So you may try for State quota counselling there will be your great chances of getting seat in government medical College by the end of second round kf counselling.
