Hope you are doing well. With a score of 355,you do have chances of getting a government veterinary College given that you belong to SC category through the state quota counselling. As NEET-2021 for most states hasnt begun yet,it's difficult to tell you the exact cut-offs .
However,you can are advised to go through the state counselling process properly till the last round .
