Based on your rank and caste there is a chance of getting admission in particular college so please mention your caste to help you better
Based on your rank there is no chance of getting admission in your preferred college and Branch to get, you should score below 30k rank they may be a chance but know it's really hard to get If you belongs to general category but there is a chance of getting admission if your belongs to SC or St category in civil branch try your luck
