Sorry to inform you but you can't get admission in heritage or techno india salt late with this rank.  Cut off in CSE heritage goes up to 5000( approximately in mop up round)  and in tech india salt Lake it goes upto 8000. So there is no chance in CSE in both the colleges with this rank.  Try some other private college.
