can I get ICT Mumbai with 87 percentile in jee mains and 82 percentile in mht cet. I belong to OBC category and my home state is Maharashtra

It is highly unlikely for you to get admission in ICT MUMBAI in any of its branches. It is because you have underperformed with respect to the cutoff ranks required by the institute for the candidates to secure. For the best branches of the Institute like Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy and Food Technology, candidates need to secure a JEE mains percentile of 98. For other branches, the cutoff percentile is close to 92-93. As you are falling short of marks by some significant margin, therefore, it is highly unlikely for you to get admission there.
