Can I get IIIT BBSR under GREENCARD reservation in 2020 .My CRL rank is 1lakh 82thousand and I am from ODISHA.Moreover how much percent is reserved for GREENCARD HOLDERS according to govt. of ODISHA norms.

Hi. 50% of the seats are reserved for the GREENCARD holders i.e. 50% of the seats are for candidates from Odisha. As per your rank, you can easily get a seat there in ECE branch as per the previous year cutoffs. You will just have to wait for their spot round which happens after their counselling gets over. There is a high chance that you might not get a seat in the normal rounds. But don't lose your hopes. You will definitely get a seat there in the spot rounds.
