The eligibility criteria is as under:
- Pass 10+2 or any equivalent exam with more than 70% (Gen/EWS), 65% (OBC/PwD/CW), or 60% (SC/ST). This criteria has been waived off for 2022.
- Valid JEE Main score (through JAC)/ UCEED rank (through IIIT-D admission process)
- Must have completed 10+2 from a school in National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi (for admission through IIIT-D admission process)
