Admission in to IIITs is under All India Quota. There aren't separate reservation for home state candidates. In 2020 the cut off was as follows for admission into Indian Institute of Information Technology Lucknow in round 6

There's no homestate quota in IIITs. And in IIITs there are no lower branches , there are only branches like cs, IT etc

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020, closing rank for gender female for general category was 21040 in IIIT Lucknow and it was for IT.
