see cutoff scores changes every year and varies college to college, it depends on number of candidates are applying for any particular college, question difficulty level, seat matrix, stream of engineering etc. cutoff score is depends on gate score, however at this score you have less chances for iit madras or iit hyderabad, you may apply for nits, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur, vit vellore etc.
