can I get IIT with Advanced 29000 ranking. NIT with ranking 69000 . Now estimation may be more accurate based on this year 2nd round counselling trend . Also 3000 Seats increased in IIT and approx 3000 in NIT . Could you please advice .

Increase of 3000 seats is not sufficient as compared to your rank. It is quite impossible to get chance in government colleges with this rank unless you belong to north east India. But don't be disappointed. You can go for private engineering colleges.
