You haven't mentioned your category. Assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances of getting in the preferred college. Last year the cut off for admission to COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING  in CHAITANYA BHARATHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY was 763 for general category. The cut for other categories is as follows

• BC-A: 2765
• BC-B: 1174
• BC-C: 1444
• BC-D: 1334
• BC-E: 1887
• SC: 6924
• ST:5238

Based on the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in CBIT in CSE regardless of the category you belong to. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
