With a 2680 in general category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in IHM Kolkata when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing rank for IHM Kolkata was around 1,500 in general category. But you can get other IHM's in Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Lucknow, Shillong, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Hajipur, Jaipur. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
