Yes, you can get into AFMC if you satisfy all the remaining conditions. You will be declared overweight but it wouldn't be a hindrance to your selection.

Some biochemical investigations will be done like lipid profile, blood sugar fasting and post-prandial.

Provided they are normal, you don't have any other health issues and you are overweight not morbidly obese, you will then be declared fit.

You will lose all that puppy fat in the first term itself. :)
