Yes, chances are there that you may land onto biotech with this rank but you are almost at the bridge so, i would suggest not to be sure of. If we see the last year's cutoff then this is might be and mightnot be type of case.
But wait till the last round as many students will surrender their seats. so you may get and chances are there but keep your finger crossed and hope for the best.
