As per your requirement, i would say that as you wany to get admission in dmc ludhiana with private quota for admission into mbbs with 200 marks in neet ug being from a ur category, then you would get it only through the management quota as the cut off for general students remain about 550 marks.
Through management quota the fees would be higher as your markd are even less and being from an ur category also. So if you can afford then go for it, but there are chances through private quota.
You can also try next year as this year you won't get bams, vet even with these marks as its really less for ur students.
