First of all congo on securing such a great score
Regarding your issue I am sorry to say that you wouldn't be able to get through IIIT Hyderabad cutoff as closing rank (general) for various branches are -
CSE- 1187
ECE - 2845
But don't worry you are having very high chances of getting into a Good NIT with your desired stream.
