can I get into law colleges after JEE mains examination

No, JEE is an examination conducted for admission in various engineering colleges across india.
For admission in law colleges you can appear for exams given below :

Common Law Admission Test  (CLAT)
LSAT India - Law School Admission Test.
All India Law Entrance Test (AILET)
AIL Entrance Test (Army Institute of Law B.A. LL.B Entrance Test)
Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)

Hi there hope you are doing really well. Sorry but you cannot get admission into law colleges by doing JEE mains. after doing JEE mains you can get admission into different colleges for the stream of BTech and BSc. Hope this will help you good luck.
