yes you can join lovely professional university through you IPE score.
LPU is a large university and also ranked high for their academic excellence. there are two ways to get into lpu. if you get more than 90% of marks in 10+2 you may get a direct admission. but it can varies year to year. if you have more than 95% in 10+2 you will get scholership.
other wise if your score is not good enough , you need to clear the entrance test organized by lpu. the basic eligibility is 60% marks in 10+2

No, you can not get LPU through your IPE marks.You can also get admission through the entrance exam held for the admission in LPU for engineering that is LPUNEST.This is the entrance exam for the engineering in LPU.More than 50k students applies for this exam every year.This test the two fold advantages as will act as entrance exam and also a scholarship test.
