Well, The seat allotment process of CSAB NUET 2020 will be conducted for admissions to candidates belonging to the 8 Northeastern states and 4 Union Territories (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Sikkim, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep). CSAB NEUT is Only for seats reserved in AICTE approved Institutes in India that are not covered under CSAB-2020. So, you can't get a seat in NITs or IIITs but you can a seat in NERISTs.

If you are belonging to any one of the 8 north Eastern states and 4 union territories : -

Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Lakshadweep.

Then you are eligible for participating in csab neut counselling. And you belong Meghalaya, then definitely you can participate in csab neut.

But without knowing your rank i cannot tell you that which college you will get. Because it all depends on your jee mains rank which is a unique rank and I cannot assume any rank by myself.

So, you must mention your rank to get the prediction of colleges that you can get in csab neut.

Also there is no nits or iiits participating in csab neut. For nits and iiits you must attend csab special round counselling. So you can't get any nits or iiits via csab neut.

CSAB - NEUT is designed for seat allocation in the government colleges all over India for the students of north east and union territories . For direct admission into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs candidates need to register in JoSAA portal. It is important to note that these seats are other than those offered through CSAB 2020, which is for NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
