The cutoffs vary every year depending on various factors such as difficulty of the exam., No. Of seats available etc., It also depends on the student category and also their domicile as 15% are of All India quota and 85% are of state quota.

Depending upon your score may be it's not possible to get a seat through AIQ but there are chances for getting a seat through state quota as the cutoff was 462 and the score was 74559.
