Can i get ipgmer uptil mop up counselling with a overall wb state rank of 723?I am from general category.

The cut off for admission in Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata under the State quota in 2017 for the general category, was a rank of 22,765 and 510 marks. You might have a chance in Mop up round if you have a rank and marks around this range. It would also depend on the number of people ranking above you with the same preference. Do try in the mop up round.
