i think you can get jadavpur university through jee mains.but the admission in jadavpur university will be done mainly on the basis of WBJEE score (b.e/b.tech courses) and for b.arch courses, you should give NATA.you can give WBJEE,dont worry whatever domicile you are.any state candidates can give WBJEE.

Jadavpur university is a state university of West Bengal .it accepts only wbjee. It doesn't accepts jEE mains.

To get into JU, you should get a rank under 1500,If you are going for ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be around 650 for IT and construction departments.

Ofcourse you can get Jadavpur university by appearing in JEE main .Try to score more than 95%ile to get into it.Usually top scorer also choose Jadavpur University .So the compitition is quiet tough.

You need to wait for the counselling procedure and then you can fill your choice as jadavpur univeristy.
